If you've tried other gaming platforms before, you may have experienced situations where advertised promotions were not as easy to claim as promised. Some had wagering requirements that were far too high, some had extremely short expiry periods, and some required you to contact customer support multiple times before a bonus was processed.
At yono games, we intentionally design all our promotions to be easy to understand and easy to claim. Wagering requirements are stated clearly upfront — no fine print hiding complicated conditions. Once you meet the requirements, credits are applied automatically without waiting hours for manual approval.
Additionally, yono games frequently runs flash promotions announced via in-app notifications. These flash promotions usually offer more attractive deals but for a limited time, so make sure you enable notifications so you never miss an exclusive offer.
For more active members, the yono games loyalty programme rewards you more as you play more. Every bet you place accumulates loyalty points that can be exchanged for game credits, free bonuses, or other exclusive rewards reserved for loyal members.
The higher your VIP level, the greater the rewards you receive every day.

We believe the process of claiming a promotion should be just as straightforward as playing itself. Here is a quick guide to help ensure every promotion you claim goes smoothly without any issues.
First, make sure your account is fully verified through the KYC process before claiming any promotion. This is a basic requirement for all promotions at yono games to ensure your account's security and prevent misuse.
Second, read the terms and conditions of each promotion carefully before signing up. Each promotion has different wagering requirements, minimum deposit limits, and validity periods. Understanding these conditions will help you plan a more effective gaming strategy.
While promotions are designed to enhance your gaming experience, yono games encourages all members to play responsibly. Set your daily spending limit and never exceed your financial means in pursuit of bonuses. Learn more on the Responsible Gaming page.
